Your email reaches us at any time – even outside these hours. We pick it up the next business day.

Remote support: faster than any on-site visit
Most problems can be solved without anyone getting in a car. Through remote support we connect to your screen, see exactly what you see, and can step in directly.
The process is simple: you start the program via the link on our site, tell us the number it shows, and we're connected.
What matters to us is that you stay in control: the connection only happens if you start it, you see every step, and you can end it at any time. Nothing runs in the background that you don't know about.

On-site when it's needed
Some things can't be solved remotely. A switch that needs replacing, a new workstation that needs setting up, a fault whose cause only becomes visible in the server room.
We're based in Landshut, on Stethaimerstraße. From there we're quickly with you across the region – in the city, the surrounding district and the wider Lower Bavaria area. If your site is further away, we'll tell you upfront whether we can support you properly. A provider who's two hours away when something breaks isn't much help.

What we typically deal with
A sample of what comes up in a normal week:
- A workstation won't start any more, or has become noticeably slow.
- Access to a drive or an application suddenly stops working.
- A file has been deleted or overwritten and needs restoring.
- A new employee needs accounts, a mailbox and a set-up computer.
- A printer or scanner can no longer be reached.
- The phone or Teams isn't behaving as expected.
- An email looks suspicious and someone would rather ask first.
That last point matters especially to us: that question is never a bother. A call before clicking costs two minutes; a call after can cost days.

What happens after you report an issue
- Intake. We clarify exactly what isn't working and how many people are affected. A single printer is a different matter to a server the whole office depends on.
- Triage. Faults that stop operations take priority. That applies even if another request came in earlier.
- Resolution. In most cases, directly by phone or via remote support. If not, we come to you.
- Follow-up. You find out what caused it – not just that it's working again. For recurring problems, we talk about the cause, not the symptom.

With a contract, or case by case
Both are possible.
Case by case, we also help companies we don't support on an ongoing basis. You call, we take care of it, and it's billed by effort.
With a support contract, support is part of our Managed Services. The difference is bigger than it sounds: we know your environment, monitoring often already shows us what's going on before you call – and because asking questions doesn't cost extra, your staff report small things instead of working around them for months.
In our experience, that's the bigger effect: not faster reactions to faults, but fewer faults in the first place.
